📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of production facilities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimize workflows and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between production, quality assurance, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production teams.
• Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop production teams.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
