As the Director of Finance & Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of finance and accounting professionals, setting strategic goals, and ensuring the financial health of our clients. You will work with US-based clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals to deliver high-quality outsourcing services to US-based clients.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards, and develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide strategic recommendations to drive financial growth.
• Work closely with US-based clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Develop and implement financial reporting systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team, and provide coaching and development opportunities to support their growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the financial health of the organization and support the achievement of strategic goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to drive financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in building and scaling high-performance outsourcing teams for US-based clients.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards, and experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals, and develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with US-based clients and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
