📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to protect and optimize our assets.
• Track, monitor, and maintain our inventory using SAP Asset Management and IBM Maximo.
• Ensure that our assets are always in the right place at the right time.
• Work closely with our team to develop and execute asset management strategies that align with our company’s goals.
• Use industry-standard tools to streamline our processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on asset performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on asset management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP Asset Management and IBM Maximo.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in asset management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
