📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the order-to-cash process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance our order management system.
• Leverage tools like SAP and Oracle to streamline operations and improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order management and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the order management system.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of order management systems and processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle, with experience in implementing and customizing these systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus.
