Tanggung Jawab:
Leading the design and development of injection molding tools for medical and automotive applications.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.Optimizing tooling processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Conducting NPI activities to support new product launches.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling performance.Managing tooling projects from concept to production.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling design and manufacturing, with a focus on injection molding.Proven experience in NPI activities in the medical or automotive industry.Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and tooling materials.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Certifications in tooling design or relevant industry standards are a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
