📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement, such as product placement, pricing, and promotions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Monitor store performance against key metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Experience in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market trends and best practices.
