📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Ensure the safety and security of the cafe premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in receptionist or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
