In this role, you will be responsible for managing cost and contract aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the cost planning, budgeting, and control for interior fit-out projects.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports for project stakeholders.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure compliance with budget and financial targets.,Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project managers and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular cost reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Prepare and present financial reports and cost analyses to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out projects.,Proven track record of managing cost and contract aspects of construction projects.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with local regulations, laws, and industry standards in Indonesia.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
