📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial statements and transactions to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.,Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.,Providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Training and mentoring junior auditors to maintain high standards of quality and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
