Sigma Global Technology is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Customer Experience professional to join our fintech team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience in our digital platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize customer experience strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the digital customer experience strategy for our fintech products and services.,Conduct customer research and analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement customer experience frameworks, guidelines, and best practices.,Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback, metrics, and data to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital customer experience.,Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in digital customer experience, user experience (UX), or related fields.,Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, customer experience frameworks, and usability principles.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.,Experience working in the fintech industry is a plus.,Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
