📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and job satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance and productivity.
  • Monitoring and evaluating section performance against set targets and KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Representing the section at meetings and events, both internally and externally.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on section performance and progress.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.
