Den Central Pratama is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary supplies and materials at the right time and at the best possible price. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports and data to support decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
