📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the head office to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
