📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications and work history.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.,Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
