📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
  • Maintaining a strong candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Providing recruitment support and guidance to other teams as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
