📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of AVICENNA, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of educational programs and networking events.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the learning experience and engagement of students and participants.
• Collaborate with educators, trainers, and industry experts to create and deliver high-quality training programs.
• Manage the center's budget, including revenue generation and cost control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, partners, and sponsors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators and support staff.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing educational programs and events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Familiarity with educational software and platforms like Moodle or Blackboard.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
