In this role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the local job market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment agencies.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality pool of applicants.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
