In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems by implementing backup and disaster recovery procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network devices.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
