📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vessels.
  • Ensure efficient and safe operations of all vessels, including scheduling, maintenance, and crew management.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, voyage times, and safety records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address operational challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and support to the fleet coordination team.
  • Participate in regular fleet meetings and provide updates to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the maritime industry.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
