📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the coordination and management of the company's fleet operations.,Ensure the smooth and efficient running of vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and tracking.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Manage and mentor a team of fleet coordinators and support staff.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet vehicles to ensure they are in good condition.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and operations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
