In this role, you will assist with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and HR administration tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the HR team with employee onboarding, including document preparation, orientation, and training.
• Help maintain HR records and databases using BambooHR.
• Assist with HR administration tasks, such as processing payroll, updating employee information, and managing leave requests.
• Conduct research and provide insights on HR best practices and trends.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR projects as needed.
• Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities.
• Support the HR team with any other tasks that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR administration tasks.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Availability to work part-time (minimum 15 hours per week).
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing HR skills.
