📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and analyze fashion trends to inform the design process.
- Create detailed design sketches and technical drawings using industry-standard software.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and market trends.
- Collaborate with designers to translate trends into viable product concepts.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of new designs.
- Manage and update the fashion trend database and forecasting tools.
- Present design concepts to the design team and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion research and development.
- Proficiency in fashion design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with trend forecasting platforms like WGSN and Fashion Snoops.
- Strong understanding of fashion markets, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and materials.
