📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including community gatherings, lifestyle events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event delivery.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment, to create unforgettable experiences.
• Evaluate event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
• Promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for event planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using event management software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
