In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a passion for maintaining high standards of financial and operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Identifying and mitigating risks to the organization's financial and operational integrity.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff members.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the internal audit function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using internal audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
