📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and develop a team of store staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store management.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Understanding of retail operations and customer service.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
