📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for Coda Payments
• Create high-quality design assets including logos, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Design and implement digital marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, and website assets
• Conduct brand audits and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and design
• Mentor and support junior designers within the team
• Work closely with our creative director to ensure all design projects meet high-quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in branding and digital design for fintech or similar industries
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, digital design, and UI/UX
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with fintech industry trends and terminology
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
