📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the restaurant remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
