📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to implement new initiatives and improvements.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and office tools.,Familiarity with local culture and customs, especially in Balikpapan.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
