📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoice processing, payment collections, and financial reporting.
• Utilize QuickBooks and Salesforce to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement strategies to improve cash flow and collections.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce.
